Steven Roitman, co-founder, has 36 years of energy industry experience and over $1B in transaction history. He has been with BWAB, Incorporated since 1992 and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He entered the energy industry in 1980 and held a variety of financial and executive positions in the oil and gas industry. He is responsible for conceiving and implementing BWAB’s business plan, for establishing its corporate identity, and for developing and managing its asset portfolio. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BWAB Oil & Gas, LLC. He is a Member of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS), and serves on the Board of Directors of a few energy companies.
Mr. Roitman received a Bachelor of Finance in Business from the University of Denver.
Rob Sheard
30+ years of global investment banking experience with more than $1B in transaction value
Based in Monaco, Rob has been broadly successful for thirty years in the field of earth sciences, capitalizing natural resources and developing exploration projects around the world. In 1994 he was appointed Vice President of Lazard’s Investment Bank in London, operating an International trust for oil and gas investment. In 1997 he began his company. Galvanizing a group of private investors and industry partners, he acquired a series of important assets in the Russian Federation, culminating in their $760M sale to a major international company. Rob was also a principal of a U.S.- based natural gas explorer, producing in four states. Since 2010, Rob has continued to directly invest in energy projects (raising $150M in 2012) while also diversifying into other entrepreneurial investments, especially alternative energy and renewables
